The New Flagship OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Earbuds Will Arrive On January 2024
OnePlus just confirmed that they will launch their new flagship OnePlus Buds Pro 3 next month on January 4, 2024. This will be their latest Buds Pro after the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which was released in December 2022 for the Chinese markets. However, other countries got their hands on them in February 2023.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 are pretty good earbuds that have various features that make them different from Skullcandy headphones. However, its sound quality fell a bit short of being top-notch, unlike the Skullcandy Crusher Evo.

We knew that this earbud was in development alongside their latest smartphones – the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus 12R. This leak came from famous (and trustworthy) OnePlus leaker Yogesh Brar on Twitter.
Moreover, when he speculated that these earbuds are in development in addition to the new OnePlus Watch 2 and a budget OnePlus Tablet (OnePlus Pad Go), he didn’t mention any release date.
However, more leaks about the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 have surfaced now, confirming its January 4, 2024 release date. In addition, this January release date is only for the Chinese markets. We expect a global launch either in February or early March.
Moreover, it seems that OnePlus is currently cooking a lot of new devices. We have heard rumors that the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 is also in development, with a mid-2024 release date.
However, the biggest surprise comes in the fact that the mid-range OnePlus 12R will finally see a US and UK release date. It’s nice to see it since the amazing OnePlus 11R was released only in China and other Southeast Asian markets (especially India).
